The traditional Rainbow is made up of 7 colours in the light spectrum.
Each colour vibrates at a different frequency from the fastest which is violet, down to the slowest colour which is red.

In Esoteric theory, these same colours relate to the Chakra points in the body which are said to be the centres of energy and each colour has different attributes and influences us in different ways.

The Gay Pride has a 6 colour rainbow as the movement's  symbol and flag.

I love rainbows ! Well, who wouldn't?
I make rainbows as tiles, mosaics, glass, jewellery, polymer embellishments and anything else you need a big splodge of colour on.
